Located in beautiful Naples, Florida, Vanderbilt Country Club is premier gated C.I.R.A. (Common Interest Realty Association) Club, also known as a “bundled” GOLF COURSE community. The 102 estate home line fairways, greens, lakes on the first nine holes of our championship 18-hole golf course. The estate homes range in size from 2,223 to 2,931 square feet of living area with six distinctly different floor plans. Each home includes a screened lanai and two or three-car garages. The home sites are 80′ x 140′ on average.

Single Family Villa Homes

The 120 detached villa homes offer beautiful views of the 18-hole championship golf course, lakes, and natural preserves. The villa homes range in size from 1,746 to 1,974 square feet of living area with five distinctly different floor plans, each offering two bedrooms with a den or optional third bedroom, two baths, a screen lanai, and two-car garage. The home sites are 58′ x 140′ on average.

Wedgewood Carriage Homes

The 338 carriage homes in the Wedgewood neighborhood are extremely popular two-story homes featuring two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,512 to 2,115 square feet of living area. Each building contains eight or ten residences with screened lanais, all featuring spectacular lake and golf course front views. Each carriage home features a deep single-car or double-car garage with an interior door to the home and room to accommodate a golf cart. Two satellite pools are conveniently in the Wedgewood neighborhood.

Waterford Condominium Homes

The Waterford home design features a three-story condominium offering 240 two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,282 to 1705 square feet of living area. Each building houses 24 residences surrounding the 10th and 11th holes, with beautiful views of the golf course, lakes, and natural preserves. Waterford condominium amenities include an elevator to upper floors, screened lanais, covered parking, lockable storage rooms, and a neighborhood pool.

Relax and refresh at the Terrace Café, conveniently located adjacent to our resort-style pool, the courts and practice range.

Fitness & Wellness

VCC’s Fitness Center is a 5,100 square foot free-standing building. The equipment and exercise room totals 2,200 square feet and features up-to-date equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bicycles, and strengthening machines. We also have a 1,102 square foot aerobics room for group exercise classes such as Cardio Sculpt, Pilates, and Yoga. All classes are provided by trained fitness professionals. Other services offered include massage and physical therapy. The Fitness Center is open daily from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Restrooms, lockers, and showers are available.

Resort Style Pool

VCC members love the brand-new resort-style pool and renovated pool bathrooms. There are three smaller satellite pools (one in the Waterford Association and two in the Wedgewood Association) with convenient restrooms.

Court Sports at Vanderbilt Country Club

Our active and welcoming community of players is always looking for new competition at all levels, from seasoned to beginners. Enjoy events, lessons, and a full pro shop. Find your match out on the Vanderbilt tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts.

Tennis

Play tennis on one of our 6 lighted Har-Tru Hydro-Grid tennis courts. Members and their guests can enjoy cardio tennis, as well as lessons and clinics offered with an on-site USPTA tennis professional. Our active tennis community also participates in summer interclubs and USTA/CTA leagues. There is a large viewing deck for those who prefer to watch.

Pickleball

Play Pickleball on one of our four brand new pickleball courts. Members enjoy open pickleball play, instruction, and social events in the morning and throughout the evening under the lights.

Bocce

Play bocce on three brand new courts featuring night lights for evening play. Members enjoy open play, league play (mens, ladies & mixed), instruction, and social events. The courts are located near the Terrace Café so players can enjoy dinner and drinks before, during, or after play.

Leagues & Events

At Vanderbilt, we offer private and group instruction, drill sessions, and live ball clinics. Members can use the court reservation system to sign up for individual court play, round robins, and social events. A ball machine is available to practice drills and improve your game.

Professional Instruction

Vanderbilt has a highly qualified USPTA tennis professional who engages in teaching a wide range of skill levels from beginners to seasoned players.
