Next Gen Membership

Tailored for professionals under 40, offering a progressive pathway to Full Golf Membership with tiered initiation and dues.

Visiting Membership

Tailored for those living outside Broward, Palm Beach, or Martin Counties, the Visiting Membership welcomes individuals who wish to make Dutchman’s Pipe their South Florida home club—offering the flexibility to enjoy our golf, racquets, fitness, and social experiences whenever they’re in town.

Social Membership

Grants access to dining, racquets, fitness, and lifestyle programming, along with summer golf privileges from June through September.

Corporate Membership

Crafted for companies that wish to extend the Club experience to key executives and clients. Corporate Members receive multiple designees, full use of golf, racquets, fitness, and dining amenities, and opportunities to host business engagements in a uniquely private and polished environment.

Golf at Dutchman’s Pipe Club

At the core of Dutchman’s Pipe Club is its Jack Nicklaus Signature Championship Course—a 7,148-yard layout that balances precision, strategy, and beauty across every hole. Designed for the modern player, the course delivers a true championship experience while remaining effortlessly enjoyable day after day.

Members enjoy a 310-yard driving range and two-acre short game complex, each designed to replicate on-course conditions and promote purposeful practice. The Club also offers a variety of nine different types of practice balls, ensuring every session is tailored to feel and performance at the highest level.

Instruction is led by Top 100 instructors and nationally recognized professionals who specialize in every aspect of the game—from swing fundamentals and scoring strategy to on-course performance. Our brand-agnostic club fitting studio provides a fully customized experience, using TrackMan technology and the complete matrix of leading equipment brands to match each player with the ideal setup for their game.

Lifestyle at Dutchman’s Pipe Club

Dutchman’s Pipe Club brings together sport, wellness, and community in a way that feels both elevated and effortless. The Club’s lifestyle offering is centered around movement, connection, and performance—each element designed to complement the rhythm of an active, modern membership.

The Racquet Club includes two padel courts, four tennis courts, and two pickleball courts, each built to exacting standards and supported by year-round instruction, exhibitions, and organized play. From introductory clinics to competitive match formats, the program welcomes every level of player and is led by a professional team dedicated to development, enjoyment, and camaraderie.

Within the Fitness Studio, Members have access to private training, small-group sessions, and wellness programs tailored to the demands of golf and racquet sports. Expert instructors help players strengthen, recover, and perform at their best, both on and off the court.

A full calendar of golf and racquets programming—from clinics with Top 100 instructors to member tournaments and social events—brings the community together through shared passion and performance.
