Welcome to Meadowood, a proud, member-owned semi-private club in Fort Pierce, Florida. Just minutes from I-95, the Turnpike, Vero Beach, and historic Downtown Fort Pierce, Meadowood offers an 18-hole, 7,000-yard championship course designed by Chuck Ankrom, a newly renovated pool & spa, a modern Fitness Center, and a vibrant Tennis & Pickleball complex.

Limited (Sports) Golf (Equity Required)

Perfect for active golfers who prefer a defined number of rounds.

• Annual round allotments sized for flexible play
• Cart access with each round
• Participation in member events, leagues, and select tournaments
• Full clubhouse, pool, fitness, tennis & pickleball privileges

Seasonal Golf (Max 4 Months)

Designed for snowbirds and seasonal guests.

• Choose a 1-4 month window between November and April
• Course and practice facility access, with per-round cart availability
• Must not own property within the Meadowood community or be a permanent Florida resident

Golf at Meadowood Golf & Tennis Club

Meadowood Golf Course, established in 1983, was designed by Charles Ankrom and embodies his principles of creating a playable yet challenging 18-hole championship course. Located conveniently near I-95, the Florida Turnpike, Vero Beach, and Downtown Fort Pierce, it offers a serene sanctuary for golf enthusiasts.

Design Philosophy

Charles Ankrom’s design ensures each hole has a distinct identity and offers challenges suitable for all skill levels, maintaining fairness and enjoyment for every golfer.

• TifEagle Greens: Renowned for their speed and consistency, providing an exceptional putting experience.
• New Green Side Bunkers and Bimini Surrounds: Protect the course’s design integrity and enhance the greens’ contours.
• Improvements: Continuous upgrades to tees, fairways, and bunkers ensure optimal playing conditions.
• Practice Area: A newly expanded 18,000 square-foot practice facility includes a putting green, chipping area, and sand play zones.
• Irrigation System: Upgraded to a state-of-the-art Rainbird system for improved course conditioning and water efficiency.

• Private & Semi-Private Lessons – Personalized coaching tailored to individual goals, covering stroke development, footwork, match tactics, and mental focus.

• Tennis & Pickleball Courts – Four Har-Tru tennis courts and three Har-Tru pickleball courts, maintained for optimal daytime and nighttime play.

• Clubhouse & Dining – Featuring a fitness center, locker rooms with full showers, and an exterior covered dining area overlooking the courts and pool. The dining space includes ceiling fans, a food court, and a selection of beer, wine, and casual dining options.
