Full Golf Membership

Tournament, Player, Palmer, North and West Courses. Unrestricted access to 5 pristine championship-level courses, tennis and pickleball, fitness, swimming, and dining and social facilities at the Club. Members enjoy golf access for a cart fee only to the Tournament, Player, Palmer, North, and West courses.

Sports Membership

Full access to all tennis and pickleball, fitness, swimming, and dining and social facilities at the Club.

Social Membership

Full access to all fitness, swimming, and dining and social facilities at the Club.

Golf at The Woodlands Country Club

The Woodlands Country Club is home to five private championship golf courses, woven throughout The Woodlands township’s natural landscape. Each course provides Members with one of the most enticing golf experiences in the Houston area. This includes our Tournament Course, the current host to the PGA Tour Champions Insperity Invitational.

Beyond the tee box, all four of our clubhouses offer golfers an amazing hospitality experience after a round to kick back, share stories, and enjoy a well-earned cocktail. Become a Member to discover unmatched variety for every skill level, along with a wide range of golf programming and events.

The Tournament Course

Designed by Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge, the Tournament Course is a familiar location for many. The Tournament stood as the long-time host of the Shell Houston Open and currently hosts the PGA Tour Champions Insperity Invitational. It’s widely recognized as one of the finest and most loved courses in the state of Texas.

The Player Course

The Player Course, designed by legendary golfer Gary Player, offers Members a true test of their shotmaking abilities. Water on 11 holes and frequent bunkers make for a demanding yet deeply satisfying Woodlands golf experience. The Player is considered one of the most rigorous of the five courses.

The Palmer Course

Designed by the King himself, Arnold Palmer, the Palmer Course consists of 27 holes of pure golf. Three fun and fair 9-hole courses wrap their way around the Palmer clubhouse. Enjoy a round on this Member favorite.

The North Course at the Trails

The North Course is one of two exquisite 18-hole golf courses at the Trails property, previously known as the Golf Trails of the Woodlands. Formerly known as the Panther Course, this par 72 runs just over 7,000 yards and has all the ingredients for a scenic and thrilling round of golf: deep woods, water around the greens, and exceptional Bermuda fairways. With a rich history and lush landscape, the North Course has been ranked one of the top golf courses in Houston.

The West Course at The Trails

The West Course offers Members 18 holes of signature Woodlands golf, featuring large greens and forgiving fairways with plenty of room to land a tee shot. Unwind each round amidst wooded scenery for a relaxed and elevated golf experience.

State-of-the-Art Practice Facilities: The Refinery

Elevate your game at The Refinery, our premier golf practice facility. Designed to sharpen every aspect of your play, it includes:

• TShort Game Area: Perfect for improving chips, pitches, and bunker shots.

Golf Programs

Programming brings The Woodlands golf community to life. Our golf staff provides dynamic golf instruction to all players, whether you’re new to the game, have kids who want to learn, or are a low handicapper looking to refine. From group classes to club fitting and TPI screening, our comprehensive golf programs and services give Members the tools they need to improve their game from every angle.

Amenities at The Woodlands Country Club

At The Woodlands Country Club, your choices for the day are endless. Starting with five distinct golf courses, Members at the Woodlands have a variety of amenities and leisure activities at their disposal to pass the time and enjoy the Club. Racquet sports, fitness, premier dining, swimming facilities, and private event venues give Members with any need or interest ample opportunity to enjoy the perks of membership and time with friends and colleagues at the Woodlands. The amenities and recreational facilities at The Woodlands Country Club truly bring resort-style living to your backyard.

Racquet Sports

The Woodlands Racquet Sports Facility has 19 tennis and 14 pickleball courts designed to fit every player’s preference and a 30,000-square-foot indoor racquet sports pavilion. With eight indoor courts, including a viewing area, and 17 outdoor courts, there should always be plenty of places to play. The outdoor courts consist of seven hard courts, four lighted for evening play, and ten clay courts, seven lighted for evening play. We also have an entire staff of USPTA, IPTPA tennis, and pickleball certified instructors for private and semi-private lessons.

With a fully stocked Pro Shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and fantastic viewing areas, you’ll be just as impressed with the facility as we will be with your game!

Fitness

All Members of the Woodlands Country Club have access to two fitness facilities, one at the Palmer Clubhouse and the other, Elevation Fitness at the Tournament Course. Both Palmer Fitness and Elevation Fitness are great choices for your daily workout, whether you enjoy free weights, top-of-the-line weight machines, cardio or gym equipment.

Blu Pool

Enjoy resort-style fun for the entire family as you cool off in the swimming pool and kiddie pool located at the Palmer Course Clubhouse. Lounge in privacy beneath one of eight cabanas with comfortable chaise lounge chairs. Need a little something to tide you over as you work on your tan? The poolside bar offers fresh menus and signature cocktails to keep you cool.

Shaded areas make it more relaxed and comfortable to dine, lounge, and look after the little ones in the baby pool — all within a welcoming resort-like atmosphere.

There’s also plenty of fun for everyone: enjoy half-court basketball, sand volleyball, dive-in movies, cannonball splash contests, and more throughout the season.

Dining at The Woodlands Country Club

We make every dining experience at any of our clubs a memorable one for all Members and their guests. The Palmer and Tournament courses both offer full fine dining facilities and restaurants, while the Player course features casual dining options including a snack bar and grill for your convenience.

Savor our dining experiences at Legends and Mitchell’s in the Palmer and Tournament Clubhouses. Come check out our warm and inviting upscale bar and sophisticated lounge with fresh looks, spectacular floor-to-ceiling golf course views, and big-screen TVs where you can watch your favorite games. When the weather is nice, enjoy outdoor dining on our patio. Our menus feature chef-crafted specialties, Member favorites, signature drinks, and more.
