Long Cove is currently building a private, 18-hole championship golf course designed by Beau Welling, one of the most respected modern course architects in the world. Thoughtfully routed through the landscape and integrated into the fabric of the community, The Canary will offer a refined and challenging golf experience when it opens in Summer 2027.

The Proving Grounds: Short Course (Relocating & Expanding)

The Proving Grounds is currently being relocated and expanded into a new 15-hole short course, also designed by Beau Welling. The new layout will preserve its role as a relaxed, highly playable format, ideal for families, beginners, and quick evening rounds.

Thistle Never Dhu: Putting Course

One of the largest putting greens in the world, Thistle Never Dhu is a 2-acre putting course designed by Dave Zinkand of Bandon Dunes fame. Treehouse Adventure Park

Toy Barn

Gear up for adventure. The Toy Barn is stocked with everything you need to play—fishing poles, yard games, cruiser bikes, and sports equipment of all kinds. It’s also home to our Welcome Center, Café, and Mini Market, making it the perfect pit stop before heading out for the day.

Basketball Court

Game on. Located next to the pickleball courts and Thistle Never Dhu putting green, our outdoor basketball court is always open for a friendly game or a solo shootaround. Need a ball? Pick one up at the Toy Barn and hit the court.

Beach Volleyball Court

Dig in and serve up some fun. Our two scenic white sand volleyball courts bring the beach to the lake—one in front of the Founders Row Pool and another along the north shore of Henderson Bay.

And with Cedar Creek Lake stretching 18 miles long, 8.5 miles wide, and reaching depths of 53 feet, there’s always plenty of room to cast a line and make your next great catch.
