Copperleaf is a private, bundled, member owned community. We offer a select amount of Associate and Social Memberships.

Associate Membership

All Associate members will enjoy the same amenities as resident members. These amenities include participation in ALL golf events, summer reciprocal program at numerous pristine golf clubs, fitness center with new equipment, and SO much more!

Golf at Copperleaf Golf Club

It is the goal of the Copperleaf Professional Golf team to provide the highest level of customer service.

From the golf shop through the last putt on the 18th hole, fun tournaments, exceptional instruction, and an attractive, interesting golf merchandise concession. Copperleaf holds numerous tournaments throughout the year. During the winter season, the Copperleaf Ladies Golf Association has league play one day each week, with additional special events throughout the season. Copperleaf Ladies 9 Association (CL9) has league play once a week and several special events during season. CL( provides opportunities to golf 9 holes for those who no longer want to play 18 holes. There are also many opportunities for men to enjoy organized competition through the Copperleaf Men’s Golf Association. There are numerous couples’ events, including weekly, informal Sunday couple play, club-organized couple events and a Couples Member Guest. The “Grand Finale” to each season is the 3 day Member Classic in which upwards of 180 members participate. The inclusive attitude of Copperleaf members is evidenced by the number of golf groups organized by members that play throughout the week. They are welcoming, easy to join and a great way to form friendships that invariably extend beyond the course.

Golfers ride the course in style in the latest golf cart model from EZ-GO. Helpful technology is at each member’s disposal during their golf round, making it a snap to find their yardage through the GPS system on the golf cart.

The Golf Operations staff leads a comprehensive instructional program for all ability levels. Leading the program are Copperleaf’s PGA Class A professional, Jason Miller. Weekly clinics are held throughout the winter season, as well as special programs and a two-day golf school. They enjoy helping members “sharpen” their game.

The Copperleaf Golf Shop is stocked with the finest quality apparel and equipment, typically at lower prices that the golf retail shops in the area. Copperleaf is a Gordon Lewis designed championship golf course and redesigned by Kipp Schulties.

Amenities at Copperleaf Golf Club

Every day, residents are seen taking advantage of the beautiful grounds and safe neighborhoods of Copperleaf in healthy and enjoyable exercise pursuits beyond the golf course, tennis and bocce courts and the community pool. Copperleaf Boulevard forms a 1.7 mile loop around the community. The Copperleaf Loop, residential neighborhoods and golf course environment provide pleasant settings for outdoor exercising or taking a nice slow stroll with a loved one or friend, often meeting and greeting neighbors and other friends along the way. A sidewalk around the loop enables members to enjoy a comfortable, leisurely stroll, an invigorating walk or jog, or they can bike ride and roller blade in the low traffic streets. Some residents add all the neighborhood streets, which extends their exercise to 7 miles. Dogs can be seen regularly walking with their owners along the loop, each enjoying the exercise and each other’s companionship in Copperleaf’s nature paradise.

Fitness

The Activity Center provides members with spectacular views of the outdoor recreation area, lake and golf course. It houses an exercise room with state-of-the-art equipment and an activity room for exercise classes It also provides members with restrooms, lockers and showers. Copperleaf hosts year-round fitness classes for members and guests. Classes are ever changing and custom to participants. A Certified Personal Trainer is available for member’s needs.

Bocce

Copperleaf has first class, lighted Bocce courts with shaded areas. The recessed courts with Har-Tru surfaces have convenient access to the Ospreys. Bocce provides an opportunity for fun, skill building and a chance to meet new people and form friendships. A popular activity at Copperleaf, approximately 450 men and women participate in once a week league matches on Monday through Thursday in January through March. The season concludes with championship playoffs. The league is as much a social experience as it is an athletic competition. After the weekly matches, many players enjoy dinner and beverages continuing the enjoyable experience of camaraderie with friends and neighbors.

Tennis

If you love tennis, Copperleaf is the right place for you! Copperleaf offers four Har-Tru courts that are fenced in, have windscreens and are illuminated for night play. A covered viewing area with high top tables and stools offer spectators a comfortable place to watch tennis matches. The tennis program at Copperleaf is enhanced by the services of a tennis pro who organizes clinics and lessons. Programs are available for those new to tennis, or who have played in the past and want to refresh their skills or play at an advanced level. Men’s, women’s and mixed leagues offer many opportunities for organized play. The tennis courts are located in close proximity to the Activity Center, Pool Area, restroom facilities and Ospreys (outdoor dining facility). It provides the perfect setting for players to enjoy socializing and relaxing after a tennis match.

Swimming Facilities

An entry kiosk opens into the spacious recreation and swimming pool area. The generous decking around the pool provides a place for entertainment, dancing, and a place to lounge or enjoy sitting by the fire pit. The pool is geothermally heated for a leisurely swim, water aerobics or lap swimming. A beautiful deck, an inviting pool, always ready hot tub, soft seating groupings where friends can enjoy conversation, covered seating, bar, and outdoor dining creates a Copperleaf resort-like experience.

Real Estate at Copperleaf Golf Club

Copperleaf is a premier bundled golf community of 416 single family homes and 154 carriage homes of distinction. One and two story homes feature architectural designs that capture Southwest Florida’s fabulous outdoors. Bundled golf provides Copperleaf homeowners with membership in the Copperleaf Golf Club, which includes all of the Club amenities, with no golf initiation cost.

Copperleaf is located in the Brooks Community, near the Coconut Point Mall, Lee Health Medical Center, the Miromar Outlets Mall and numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities in Estero and neighboring Fort Myers and Naples.

Along with the 27,000 square foot clubhouse, members enjoy facilities that include tennis and bocce courts, a geothermally heated swimming pool and spa, and a 1.7 mile walking and biking loop. In addition, members also enjoy gathering at Ospreys (outdoor dining facility) and working out at the Activity Center.
