Enjoy Bundled Luxury Living at Colonial

Colonial Country Club is a premier bundled community in Fort Myers, Florida, where homeownership includes a membership to the club—making it easy to enjoy a resort-style lifestyle from the moment you move in. The community offers two distinct membership types: Golf and Lakes, each tied to specific neighborhoods and designed to fit different interests—whether you’re an avid golfer or simply looking to enjoy all the social, fitness, and dining amenities Colonial has to offer.

Golf Membership

Golf Memberships are tied to properties within the 15 Golf Village neighborhoods. These homes come bundled with full golf privileges, providing members with unlimited access to the golf course and practice facilities, priority tee times (7 days in advance) and reduced green fees, and access to Troon Privé reciprocal courses.

Lakes Membership

Lakes Memberships are associated with the 21 Lakes Village neighborhoods, encompassing 988 homes. These properties include a social membership, granting access to all club amenities dining, fitness, and recreational facilities, and pay-as-you-play golf access when the course is available (tee times available 3 days in advance). Lakes Memberships cannot be upgraded to Golf Memberships, and do not allow for priority tee times.

Troon Privé

Being a member of a Troon-managed facility has its benefits. Colonial Country Club members are invited to take advantage of very special rates at participating Troon-managed facilities worldwide!

As a member at Troon Privé clubs, you enjoy the exclusive privilege of playing at other private clubs within the Troon Privé portfolio at a preferred member rate, with cart and range balls included. Each member is allowed up to six rounds at any given facility per calendar year.

Our Golf Shop is honored to be among the Association of Golf Merchandisers’ list of the Top 100 in the World and features today’s top brands for both ladies and men, including Peter Millar, Johnnie-O, Tail, Adidas, Foot-Joy, Jamie Sadock and much more. The newest clubs from Callaway, XXIO, Cleveland and Odyssey, can be found in the shop, as well as demo clubs for use and club fitting opportunities. We carry a large array of golf accessories and gift items for everyone to enjoy!

The tennis program includes inter-club league play, mixed socials, junior programs, and professional instruction, supported by a full-service tennis shop and experienced staff.

Pickleball

With eight dedicated courts built in 2017, our vibrant pickleball program offers something for players of all skill levels.
