With over 40 years of living in the Carolinas and an extensive background in golf, business, and now real estate, Billy possesses a unique blend of expertise and passion for serving his clients. His unwavering commitment to helping others achieve their goals sets him apart as an agent. Billy’s journey through the greens began early, as he was an NCAA Division 1 college golfer at both Ole Miss and Appalachian State University. He is an active member of Cedarwood Country Club in Charlotte and has played an impressive 163 golf courses within or near golf communities across the Carolinas. He even caddied for his sons in junior tournaments at more than 50 golf communities, further enhancing his understanding of the lifestyle. His favorite hole is the 18th at Harbor Town Golf Links, a true testament to the creative genius of Pete Dye.

Beyond his golfing accolades, Billy has accumulated 28 years of business experience, including managing financial institution clients and Fortune 500 fintech companies. His skills in client management, marketing, and contract negotiation make him a valuable asset in real estate transactions.

A cancer survivor (fully recovered and thriving), Billy’s journey to reevaluate and reimagine his work led him to pursue his passions for the cherished game of golf and real estate. He finds great purpose in helping others achieve their dreams, stating, “I am grateful for my health, that I can get up every day, do something I love, and make a difference in people’s lives.” Billy’s commitment to his family shines through as he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two teenage sons, supporting their interests in cooking, landscaping, golf, and soccer.
