About Eric

Eric has a real love for the game of golf and golf community living. As a PGA of America member for 34 years and licensed real estate broker since 2009 his life has centered around the game of golf and the enjoyment of living in premier golf club community. He represented several clubs in Western Colorado as a PGA Head Professional and PGA General Manager. Eric has represented many clients as a real estate agent throughout the years that were focused on finding the perfect golf and residential community.

For 10 years, Eric was instrumental in building the Golf Club at Redlands Mesa from the Best New Course in America to a flourishing club. Eric had his hands in every area of the operation which allowed him to gain invaluable experience in running a club and real estate development. As the GM and Lead Broker at The Bridges Golf and Country Club for over 14 years he played a key role in growing The Bridges into an attractive golf community that has continued to grow as a community to include single family residences as well as well-appointed golf villas and patio homes

Throughout Eric’s career he has built strong relationships in Western Colorado and is positioned to help clients find their perfect club. Eric has many years’ experiences on HOA and DRB boards that have given him the knowledge to help clients work through the details that are most important. His unique experience in the operations of country clubs as well as development and real estate sales will be attractive to many buyers.

Eric and his wife Beth enjoy their time living at The Bridges Golf and CC and spending time with friends and family in one of the most beautiful areas of Colorado. He looks forward to assisting clients in their endeavor to find the property that aligns with their goals.
