We are extremely proud of our top tier Gated Bundled Community supporting an active Florida lifestyle! Winding through our well maintained and diverse collection of “neighborhoods”, the physical centerpiece of our community is our recently renovated 5.5 million dollar golf course designed by world acclaimed architect Ron Garl. His designs have hosted over 30 PGA events, The Johnnie Walker Classic & The Asian Games. The course offers both playability and challenge for players of all abilities. (yardage from 4,574 to 6,730)
Our golf course features the golf professional’s choice in Celebration grass fairways, Tiff-Eagle greens and state of the art ‘capillary bunkers’ This is all accompanied by a new digital irrigation and drainage system that can monitor and manage the course down to a single square foot.
Our members are proud to play and entertain family and friends as our ongoing “Beautification Program” highlights the commitment to our community.

In our Pro Shop you will be greeted and served by a friendly staff led by our Class “A” PGA Professionals. Our professional team offers golf club fittings, demo days by the leading club manufacturers, individual lessons and “play with the pro days”. Please enjoy taking some time to browse through the Pro Shop, featuring golf accessories and the latest in golf fashions.

If you are looking for additional activities, be sure to visit our well manicured Bocce Courts located at the North Gate.
Bring your tennis racket and enjoy yourself on one of the five newly resurfaced Har Tru courts located on the main campus. Our USPTA Director offers lessons and clinics so you can tune up your game. You can enjoy tennis at any level! Whether recreational or highly competitive, tennis at Worthington is one of our premier activities. In addition, stop by our state of the art activity center, featuring a complete exercise and workout facility.
Worthington C.C. also offers a variety of less strenuous activities enjoyed by all…from Mahjongg, Bridge, Bingo, Hand & Foot and Mexican Train to Pinochle to Model Yachting, Corn Hole tournaments and water aerobics. You will also enjoy dinner dances and many special member events!
It’s not uncommon to see many members enjoying walking and or riding their bikes around the community.
Worthington is a member owned bundled community …There are no equity fees to pay!
Worthington County Club is conveniently located just a quarter mile east of I-75 at the corner of Bonita Beach Road and Bonita Grande in Bonita Springs. We are just 18 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport, (Exit 116) approximately 8 miles from the Gulf and it’s beautiful beaches…plus great shopping areas all within minutes away!
Golf at Worthington Country Club
Amongst the tropical trees of paradise, our extraordinary golf course offers 6 sets of tees an additional 3 combo variations with yardage ranging from 4,574 to 6,730 yards-the opportunity to enjoy all of the pleasures the game of golf has to offer. Lessons
The Professional Golf Staff, operates the Worthington Instruction Program. We offer individual, group lessons and clinics by highly experienced professionals.
Club Fitting & Re-Gripping
The Worthington Golf Professional Staff is trained in various club fitting systems. Club fitting takes approximately one hour per club category. Our staff will be able to inform you what manufacturer’s fitting systems we currently feature. We are also equipped to re-grip your clubs on property. Just stop in!
Golf Bag Storage
We offer bag storage to all our members. Having your clubs stored at Worthington makes it more convenient for our members during casual play or tournaments.
Reciprocal Information
From May 1st through October 31st, Worthington has a reciprocal membership with approximately 60 local clubs in the SWFL area. Tee times are set up through the Worthington Country Club Golf Shop 2-3 days in advance.
Amenities at Worthington Country Club
Worthington Country Club offers a wide variety of activities for our diversified membership. Our members pride themselves on helping to provide and support a healthy, active lifestyle. A sample of activities include: card game groups, mahjongg, book clubs, arts and crafts, and exercise; along with outstanding golf, tennis, bocce, fitness and dining options.
Member Dining
Members have a wide variety of choices for their dining needs. They can dine poolside in the Cabana for a casual dining experience or move indoors into the Pub or Windsor Dining Room for great food, drink, and camaraderie. Members also have the opportunity to host an intimate Private Party in our Crown Room.
Tennis
Welcome to Worthington Country Club’s Tennis site! Worthington Country Club offers five (5) Har Tru Clay courts. The courts are fenced in, have windscreens and three (3) are illuminated for night play. The tennis program has been expanded to include activities for all levels of play from beginners to advanced players. Programs offered include clinics, team practices, doubles leagues and daily round robins. The club also offers a ball machine. Please check our bulletin board by the main tennis courts for contact information.
Pool & Cabana
Relax by our resort style swimming pool while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather.
Stop by our Cabana for a casual dining experience like no other. The Cabana area houses a bar, a screened-in outdoor dining area and a fireplace for those chilly Florida winter evenings.
Fitness
Our Activity Center offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, locker areas, and an exercise room with plenty of options available for fitness classes and personal training.
Worthington partners with Fit Forever and Cassia Hatem for fitness classes, personal training, and spa services right here in our very own facility.
Bocce Courts
Worthington’s bocce courts are located at the east end of the campus next to the north gate. The bocce court area contains three bocce courts that are 70 feet long and 12 feet wide with canopies for shade on each end. The courts are made of concrete covered with a synthetic surface with holes to accept the claytec topping, allowing the balls to roll smoothly. The area also contains mens/ladies restrooms, a water cooler, bleachers, chairs, benches, and tables.
Bocce is one of the fastest growing trends across clubs in Florida. Blending fun with competition. It provides an opportunity to meet new people and build friendships within the community. The league is as much a social experience as it is an athletic competition. After weekly matches, many players enjoy dinner and beverages in the Clubhouse or mingle outside at the Cabana continuing the enjoyable experience of conviviality with friends and neighbors.
The bocce courts are lighted for night play. Parking is available for golf carts and vehicles.
