No highway traffic or airport noises here. West Bay is located between Southwest Florida International Airport and Naples, with Captiva and Sanibel Islands nearby. If you want to play golf or tennis, we have it! If you enjoy the camaraderie of a good game of bridge, mah jong or dominos, we have it! If water sports are your passion, we have our own gulf-access boat launch plus canoeing and kayaking facilities as well as a resort-sized swimming pool for you and your family to enjoy! If walking and wading at the beach is your thing, you will love our private beach club, complete with its own dining venue overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. If you prefer cultivating your creative side, the Bonita Arts League is nearby. If you want culture, it is a short drive south to the Artis-Naples Performing Arts Center and Baker Museum or a short drive north to the Barbara Mann Performing Arts Hall. Within no more than a 10 minute drive there are Lee County elementary, middle, and high schools as well as 15,000 student Florida Gulf Coast University. The West Bay Women’s Club provides social interaction and educational opportunities, including day trips and speakers as well as reaching out to those in need in Lee County. The West Bay Community Charitable Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3), actively fundraises within the community, for the benefit of local non-profits. Entitled to use all the golf and social facilities of the Golf Club. Members are not charged greens fees for use of the golf facilities, but are required to pay golf cart fees. Members are entitled to a seven-day advance sign-up to reserve golf tee times. Premier Members are entitled to six (6) votes per membership. Non-resident premier memberships are also available*. We have two types of premier memberships; Gold which is 80% refundable based on the then current initiation fee, and Silver which is a non-refundable membership.
This membership may play up to 6 tee times per membership during the winter season, November 1 through April 30 each year, and may play an additional 6 times total during the shoulder season of November & April. Signature members have unlimited play during the off season. Signature Members are entitled to a four-day advance sign-up to reserve tee times. Signature Members are entitled to two (2) votes per membership.

West Bay Golf Club has been listed on the Golf Digest Magazine Best in State and America’s Top 100 lists. The 18-hole course layout provides an opportunity for intimate gatherings after golf in the traditional Clubhouse or in the Niblick, a casual dining venue overlooking the 9th and 18th greens.
West Bay Club’s active lifestyle includes a state-of-the-art tennis facility, nicknamed “The Net.” It offers a design element that few tennis clubs around the county have – center court viewing on all eight courts. The Net’s octagon-shaped building fits into the quad compound at the heart of the courts. The design incorporates a balcony that extends one foot short of the court, combining intimacy with on-court excitement.
The tennis program, available to all residents, is run by Jared Kalpin, Director of Tennis with eight Har-Tru courts, four lighted for night play. Programs have been designed for every age and ability level beginning with a Pee-Wee Program right up to challenging programs for the nationally ranked player. Currently there are 9 Men’s, Ladies’, and Mixed League Teams representing West Bay Club. Each clinic is directed by one of our seasoned tennis professionals who will lead players through a fun experience that incorporates world-class tennis.
The Tennis Center at West Bay Club offers a wide array of special events including regular themed round robins, pro-ams, exhibitions and tournaments providing plenty of options to fill up any social calendar. For West Bay residents, there is no membership required to enjoy this amenity.
Very few residential communities can offer their own private beach club – and even fewer can offer a private beach club with its own full-service restaurant. The West Bay Club Beach House is one of our most popular amenities, and once you’ve seen it, you’ll know why.
Situated on Little Hickory Island on the Gulf of Mexico, our private Beach House is available to all residents and their guests and offers creative Florida cuisine served in an Old Key West atmosphere. Best of all, as a resident of West Bay Club, there is no separate membership required to enjoy this unparalleled amenity.
The Bay House is one of our most popular amenities. Here we have a fabulous casual dining venue where you can enjoy either lunch poolside or dinner inside or on the veranda overlooking our pool. We have an area for bridge, mah jongg and other games as well as a library for quiet reading or meetings. Downstairs is our fitness facility and game room. You will find yourself using the Bay House often as you enjoy all the activities offered at West Bay.
If group classes are your fitness preference, West Bay Club offers a variety of classes from stretching and weights to yoga. If you prefer to design your own program, you will find all the right machines for cardio as well as weight training and stretching available in our Fitness Center. You can also catch up on the news or watch your favorite sport while working out! There is no membership required to enjoy this amenity for West Bay residents.
If boating is your passion, our River Park will be your haven. Launch directly into the Estero River to access Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. We also offer 49 outside boat storage spaces to our residents on a first-come, first-serve basis at no additional charge. As a West Bay Club resident, there are no fees to launch or store your watercraft at West Bay.
Situated on the Estero River, our West Bay Club River Park offers a boat launch, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, an open event field, a children’s play area, basketball court, pickleball courts, picnic pavilions, restrooms, a butterfly garden plus a 1.5-mile, 12-station vita course. It’s the perfect place to stay fit and enjoy the outdoor beauty of West Bay Club!
Dogs are a part of the West Bay family too! We have what others want – a special place for our four-legged friends to frolic and socialize. The Dog Park offers enough room to throw a ball or Frisbee and has separate areas for big and small dogs!
We even have an afternoon “Yappy Hour”. Bring your dog, frisbee and your favorite cocktail and join in the fun. For West Bay residents, there is no membership required to enjoy this amenity.
