About The Jans
Known as The Jans, Janet Allen and Janice Edwards-Diaz are award-winning sales associates with the Southwest Orlando office of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
Janet moved to the United States in 2001 to attend Mississippi State University on a golf scholarship. She played professionally and taught at Reunion Resort Golf Club in Orlando, Florida upon graduating, and in 2010 became a member of the Professional Golf Association of America. Janet discovered her passion for real estate when she undertook several renovation projects in the downtown Orlando area and now continues to invest in real estate and shares her passion with her customers. Her professional designations include Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), with a focus on global luxury markets and is also a Graduate, of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI). She is an award-winning REALTOR® who has earned the highest recognition among the top sales agents nationwide.
Janice has been a licensed REALTOR® in Orlando’s real estate and hospitality marketplace since 1986. Moving to Orlando in 1982 to work for the Walt Disney World Company, she had a successful career as a hospitality executive promoting tourism to Central Florida before becoming a full-time real estate professional. Janice is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and speaks fluent Spanish and French. Awarded the Guild Elite designation from the Luxury Institute she also holds multiple awards for sales achievement and excellence.
After each enjoying successful solo real estate careers they partnered together several years ago to combine their individual strengths and experience in sales/marketing and building construction/land development. The Jans have been selling and listing properties in Central Florida ever since, many with a golf focus, and have developed a significant following of loyal clientele from all around the world. Both Janet and Janice share a common British heritage as well as a true passion for real estate and the highest standards of customer service.
