Our Story
Born out of a passion for community, sport, and peerless service, The Club at Renaissance was designed to be an escape from the ordinary.
True to its roots, it exists today as one of the lowest density communities in Southwest Florida, offering an intimate experience for residents and club members. With only 386 homesites on 500 acres, you’ll immediately feel its unequaled intimacy and a sense of comfort.
Awards and Accolades
The Club opened its doors in 2003 featuring a championship Arthur Hills designed golf course hailed as one of the best in southwest Florida. Shortly thereafter, in 2004, the David Humphrey-designed clubhouse was completed. Its Mediterranean-inspired design immediately garnered awards and accolades for architecture and interior design from some of the nation’s most respected associations and publications. In addition, the golf course earned Golfweek Magazine’s America’s Top 40 New Golf Courses 2005.
Rebirth of Renaissance
In late 2019, the Club began its newest chapter. A total reinvention where every inch of the Club was examined and re-imagined – from the golf course layout to the dining experience and everything in between. Additions such as a new Rendezvous Pool Bar, fire pit, new Bocce, and Pickleball courts, and much more have added to the elegant intimacy our members have come to call home. Course renovations were completed in the fall of 2020. Welcome to Renaissance 2.0!

All Renaissance membership categories extend privileges to the primary member, spouse or spousal equivalent, and dependent children under age 23 (dependents must reside at member’s address).
Executive Golf Membership (44 years and younger)
All-inclusive membership option with reduced dues for those 44 years of age and younger. Limited to 25 members within this membership category.
Full Golf Membership (Ages 45 – 75)
All-inclusive membership option with standard dues for those between the ages of 45 – 74. Limited to 225 members within this membership category.
Heritage Golf Membership (76 years and wiser)
All-inclusive membership option with reduced dues for those 75 years of age and wiser. Limited to 25 members within this membership category.
Social/Community Membership
Community Membership Initiation Fee is included within Renaissance Real Estate Purchase. This category includes all Club amenities with limited golf privileges.

Golf at The Club at Renaissance
An Arthur Hills Masterstroke
Our picturesque 18-hole golf course embodies Arthur Hills design style with its luscious, rolling fairways, lakeside vistas, and stunning wildlife surrounding the entirety of the course.
Golf for All
Both challenging and enjoyable, our championship course offers members a variety of setups, including our brand new “54” – an integrated par-three layout hidden within the slopes and mounds of the championship course. The “54” is suitable for golfers of all ages and abilities.
What’s more, our average pace of play at the Club is a brisk 3 hours and 45 minutes. Our modest membership size makes prime tee times easy and accessible. Caddie services are available upon request.
Amenities at The Club at Renaissance
Tennis
Step foot onto one of our six championship red clay courts, and you’ll feel like you’re playing in Paris. Our tennis program offers a variety of competitive and social activities, including Round Robin socials, men’s and ladies clinics, individual or group lessons, themed tennis activities, our yearly Member-Guest Tennis Invitational, demonstrations & exhibits, and much more.
Pickleball
One of our newest additions to the sports facilities at The Club at Renaissance is our two new pickleball courts. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the United States, and for a good reason – it offers players of all ages and skill levels a chance to compete in a fun, fast-paced game.
Pool
Our sparkling, resort-style heated pool is reason enough to venture our way for the day. Open seasonally, Renaissance offers private swim lessons for young and old in our seemingly endless turquoise landscape. The Rendezvous Pool Pavillion offers a delectable menu with poolside service so you can enjoy lunch and a cold beverage while basking in the sun! Adjacent to the pool is a playground area for junior members to enjoy. A visit to this part of the Club will emulate even the most relaxing vacations.
Spa and Fitness
We take a holistic approach to our member’s health and wellness. With our extensive list of relaxing and rejuvenating spa services and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center to keep you at peak performance, our staff will be there every step of the way to ensure you reach your goals and enjoy yourself while doing it.
With an experienced team of personal trainers and the latest cardio equipment and technology, you’ll find everything you need to reach your fitness goals at Renaissance.
Bocce
Our Bocce Ball courts have become a focal point of celebration, competition, and camaraderie at the Club. Conveniently located adjacent to the Turnhouse Café, it’s an ideal spot to socialize with your fellow members and make new friends.
If you’re looking for a more competitive match, The Club at Renaissance has an active bocce league as well. It is the perfect place to relax, have a cocktail, and enjoy time with your fellow members.
Dining and Social at The Club at Renaissance
Where there’s always something happening…
Regular dining events include Tuesday and Thursday Pub Nights with Happy Hour, Tenderloin and Pasta Night, Saturday Grill Out at the Pool, and the best Sunday Breakfast in Fort Myers.
À la carte dining is open two days a week with great weekly specials and a seasonally changing menu.
Our summers are filled with great poolside summer days and Rendezvous pavilion summer nights, and our winters are spent next to the fire pit off the Turnhouse Cafè.
