Golf Life Navigators (GLN) Subscription Terms of Use

  1. Subscription Access
    The subscription fee entitles the subscribing club to a direct hyperlink presence on www.golflifenavigators.com.
  2. Club Representation on GLN
    For the subscription fee, GLN will develop and maintain a custom micro-site on its platform for the subscribing club. This micro-site will feature the club’s logos, promotional materials, images, membership fees, and relevant club information, designed to reflect the club’s brand and positioning.
  3. Information Sharing & Matching
    GLN will provide prospective members (“Best Matched” leads) with club information based on its proprietary algorithms. While GLN facilitates the sharing of this information, it does not guarantee its acceptance or accuracy. The evaluation and use of such information are solely the responsibility of the subscribing club and the prospective member.
  4. Lead Generation Disclaimer
    GLN does not guarantee any specific number of leads, memberships, or conversions resulting from participation in the program.
  5. Marketing Material Usage
    By subscribing, clubs grant GLN express permission to use submitted media (including photos, videos, marketing assets, and membership data) for purposes related to the micro-site, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives on behalf of the club.
  6. Use of Club Information
    All information provided by the subscribing club will be used solely in accordance with this agreement and for the purposes of GLN’s marketing and matchmaking efforts.
  7. Amendments
    These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between GLN and the subscribing club. Amendments are valid only if made in writing and signed by both parties.
  8. Governing Law
    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Legal proceedings, if any, shall be brought in the appropriate Florida state or federal courts.
  9. Independent Contractor Status
    GLN is an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted to create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the parties.
  10. Data Confidentiality
    The subscribing club agrees not to distribute or share consumer data provided by GLN with any third party outside of the club’s organization or affiliated entities.
  11. GLN Marketing Rights
    GLN reserves the right to use the club’s micro-site and related content in its general marketing and promotional efforts.
