At a young age, I saw golf early on as a lifelong pursuit—much more than just a sport. As a teenager, I would arrive at my caddying job before dawn, watching the course come alive in preparation for the day’s play. As players arrived for their tee times, I observed a camaraderie unlike anything I had experienced before.
Those early mornings taught me more than just the rules of the game. I learned about life, people, and integrity. Throughout my career, I found that golfers, regardless of economic background, shared a common spirit. Whether on public courses or at private country clubs, golf has a way of breaking down barriers and creating community.
Residential country clubs are distinctly different from the traditional private member golf clubs many are accustomed to. Over the past 40 years, I’ve been a continuous member of more than six clubs—including two residential country clubs in Palm Beach County. This experience gives me deep insight into the market, culture, and future demands of each club and its surrounding community.
I bring this knowledge to my clients, helping both buyers and sellers understand the unique dynamics of the South Florida golf and country club real estate market. With rising initiation fees across the region, making the right choice has never been more critical.
