From an early age, Ryan Haagenson has had an entrepreneurial mindset. What started as a childhood lawn-care business servicing more than 75 yards a week laid the foundation for a career built on initiative, consistency, and service. Today, Ryan brings that same work ethic to real estate—helping buyers and sellers find not just the right home, but the right fit.

A Twin Cities local and second-generation Realtor, Ryan has deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for serving it. With 17 years of experience across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding suburbs, he and his team understand the responsibility that comes with guiding clients through one of life’s largest financial decisions. Their focus is always on protecting equity, providing clear guidance, and helping clients make confident, informed choices—both during the transaction and long after it’s complete.

Ryan has helped people from all walks of life buy and sell homes, welcoming newcomers to a region known for its strong market, exceptional schools, friendly communities, and thriving arts and sports scenes. Outside of real estate, you’ll find him golfing, traveling, spending time with family, or—on occasion—singing at a wedding. Ryan is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, where he studied music.
