About Ronette

With a background in banking, mortgage lending, and title company duties, I have been blessed to serve clients in real estate since 2012. My passion for this business started with a simple goal — helping people. I loved being part of the process when families were purchasing properties, and that same drive still pushes me today. I started as an individual agent, worked hard to build a strong team, and now I am proud to be a franchise broker/owner in Versailles, Missouri, on the north side of the Lake of the Ozarks. Our team has been the #1 selling team for the Lake Ozark Board of REALTORS® since 2020, and in 2025, our office became the #1 selling office in LOBR. From farms to lakefront homes, land, residential, and everything in between, I love the variety this area brings. Problem-solving for my clients is one of the best parts of my job, and I work hard to take care of people every step of the way. As a broker and leader, I also take pride in helping my agents grow, stay educated, and become top producers. Community matters to me. I serve on the MLS committee, served as the 2025 Lake Ozark Board of REALTORS® President, help with local school events, mock interviews and career days, serve as Treasurer for a local school organization, and am active in our local Rotary club. I’m honored to have received: LOBR REALTOR® of the Year 2022 & 2024 LOBR Marketing Giant 2023 RE/MAX Diamond Club ABR, C2EX Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family, helping run our cattle farm with my husband, and enjoying the outdoors. Growing up on a farm taught me work ethic, and being a college athlete gave me a competitive drive that never really goes away. Those roots are a big part of who I am and how I serve my clients.
