I’m Robert “Bob” Little, team leader of The Little Group with RE/MAX Advantage. My mission is to deliver unmatched integrity, deep market expertise, and top-tier service to every client I represent. Our team has proudly ranked as the #1 RE/MAX sales volume team in multiple years, including 2023 ,2024 and 2025, across the greater Las Vegas area. We specialize in golf course communities and luxury real estate throughout Southern Nevada.

I’ve been licensed as a Realtor since 2007 and have personally sold over 950 homes. As a team, we have closed more than 1,100 transactions. My career in real estate spans over 23 years, beginning as a mortgage broker before transitioning into residential sales.

I am frequently quoted as a real estate expert by Realtor.com, RISMedia, and the Las Vegas Review-Journal, offering insight on market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer and seller behavior in the Las Vegas market.

I am honored to be a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. I also hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales professionals. My awards include RE/MAX Platinum from 2011 to 2015, Chairman’s Award from 2016 to 2018, and the Diamond Award in 2021. I was voted Top 40 Under 40 by Las Vegas Realtors in 2012 and 2013 and named GLVAR Realtor of the Month in October 2014. In 2021, I was inducted into the Las Vegas Real Estate Association Hall of Fame.
