I’m Robert Kirkland, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Signature. I live in Port Orange, been here for 25 years. I was born in Orlando. When I was younger I also lived in Indianapolis and Richmond, Virginia, and in upstate New York. I work with buyers and sellers from the coast over to DeLand and Deltona, and I do more than coastal homes. Before any client writes an offer, I check the flood zone and what the insurance looks like, and I look at the roof age and pull its permit history. Every house gets the same check. If you’re thinking about selling, I’ll prepare a home value report myself. It’s free and there’s no obligation, and I base it on what has closed nearby recently. Owners facing foreclosure can talk with me about whether selling makes sense. That first conversation is free and confidential.
