Matt LaMarsh is a trusted real estate advisor based in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with over 23 years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing. A proud Atlanta native, Matt has lived in nearly every corner of the metro area—Roswell, Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, and now Sandy Springs—giving him unmatched insight into the city’s growth and neighborhoods.

After building a successful career in consultative sales, Matt brought his entrepreneurial spirit and results-driven mindset to real estate. He now specializes in investor representation, golf communities and luxury homes. Known for his client-first approach, Matt prioritizes education, strategic marketing, and authentic relationships to help every buyer and seller make informed, confident decisions.

Beyond real estate, Matt is active in his community as Board of Directors of the Atlanta REALTORS Association and a board member for both the Sandy Springs Council of Neighborhoods and the Sandy Springs Zoning Advisory Board. He’s a former president of the Mount Vernon Woods HOA and past vice president of the Porsche Club of America.

Matt lives with his wife of 18 years, Melissa, and their two children, Sienna and Dean. Whether he’s out hiking with his family, playing golf or enjoying a spirited drive through the North Georgia mountains, he brings the same passion and integrity to his personal life as he does to his professional one.
