Kimberly Miltiades embarked on her real estate journey in 2006, becoming a licensed Realtor and joining both the Savannah Area Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. With a robust background in commercial and land development, along with property management experience at Gulfstream Aerospace, she made the leap to full-time real estate advising in 2015.

Today, Kimberly specializes in residential and investment properties in Savannah and its charming surrounding areas, including Skidaway, Wilmington, and Tybee Islands, as well as Midtown, Ardsley Park, Pooler, and Effingham County.
