About Katie

I do not see myself as a salesperson ~ I am a matchmaker, pairing people with the homes that truly fit their lives. I am a lifelong Lakeland resident, and I bring heart, insight, and deep local knowledge to every real estate journey. My passion lies in helping families find not just a house, but a place to call home. My dedication to community goes beyond real estate. I also serve as a board member, as the Advocacy Team Chair for Breakthrough T1D’s Northern Florida Chapter, a role inspired by my son’s diagnosis with type 1 diabetes at age 10. My advocacy work reflects the same compassion and commitment that I bring to my clients.

I met my husband in high school and we built a life together in Lakeland, where we raised two boys and we are now enjoying time with our granddaughter. When I am not championing T1D awareness, I love lake days with family and friends, live music, attending church, and doting on my Labrador retrievers.
