Kathleen Floryan was born in Trenton NJ, grew up in Larchmont, NY (Westchester), attended High School, Ursuline Academy New Rochelle, NY, Undergrad SUNY at Buffalo – Nursing BSN, Lived in Manhattan, Greenwich CT, Redding CT, Columbus Ohio, Masters in Nursing -The Ohio State University, Two adult sons, Four Grandchildren. Happily married to Dan the second time around. In 2002, Lived in Ft Wayne IN, moved to NE Florida in 2004. Became FT Real Estate Professional in 2006.
Since 2006, Proudly Serving the NE Florida communities of Ponte Vedra Beach, the Beaches Areas along Scenic A1A to Vilano Beach, Saint Augustine, St Johns County and portions of Jacksonville (Duval County) with residential sales and purchases of single family homes and condominiums. Specialty focus is primarily golf communities, waterfront (river and intracoastal) plus oceanfront homes and few equestrian properties. Ponte Vedra Beach Notable Golf Communities include the home of the PGA Tour at Sawgrass Players Club, Sawgrass Country Club, The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Old Ponte Vedra Beach, Marsh Landing Country Club, and an equity club known as The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach. All are located within an 8 mile stretch.
Other area golf course communities in the greater Jacksonville area include the highly sought Pablo Creek Club, Pablo Creek Reserve, Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club, Jacksonville Golf & Country Club, Queens Harbour Yacht & Country Club, Deercreek Country Club, Deerwood Country Club,, Hidden Hills Golf Club, Amelia National Golf & Country Club, Atlantic Beach and Country Club and other area public and private clubs. The newest golf course community opening in 2022 is a 55Plus neighborhood called Stillwater in St Johns.

Involved in philanthropic causes and active member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
