Fabiola Kinder has over twenty-four years’ experience in Real Estate investment sales, acquisitions, and leasing. As a Golf Certified Agent, a Certified International Properties Specialist, and a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, she has been accumulating, acquiring, and selling land for clients for their resort and commercial development projects, homesites, and custom residential properties. Fabiola and her husband, Chuck Kinder, have been in the golf travel/tourism business in Mexico for over thirty years. Fabiola has also lived and worked in Orange County for over 30 years, 25 of which are in residential and commercial real estate. Fabiola is a third generation Hotelier with eighteen years of hospitality sales and operational experience in golf resorts, upscale and luxury hotels up to 600 rooms and 100,000 Sq. Ft. of flexible function space. She continues to network within the resort industry for owner developers, buyers and sellers.
