A native of Columbia, SC, with BS and Law degrees from the University of South Carolina, and a veteran of the US Air Force, I am leveraging a career of helping global companies relocate their operations to new locations across the United States, to helping friends and strangers alike, find their new homes in South Carolina!

My experiences have honed my ability to understand and explain local market conditions, which is crucial for making informed property assessments and investment decisions. I have developed strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, while working with government officials, investors, and stakeholders. All are critical skills for successfully navigating the regulatory bureaucracy that can hinder buying or selling real estate.
