About Denise

Licensed in Arizona and Georgia, Denise Nani knew she was meant to be a REALTOR. Having always known that she wanted to chart a path that focused on helping others, Denise found her niche in real estate. Combining her knowledge and experience, she is able to guide them through the largest investments in their lives.

Denise comes with experience and an extensive array of training certifications and designations. As a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Denise is part of an international network of real estate professionals who specialize in the luxury market. As a member of the Tucson Association of Realtors Professional Development Committee and the Residential Real Estate Council Arizona Network Director for Tucson, she helped to ensure and improve the integrity of real estate. She has held various positions in the Women’s Council of Realtors Tucson. Part of working hard involves giving back to the community. Denise is actively involved with The Children’s Miracle Network. Her business has been built on dedication, communication, determination, and trust which help her fulfill her ultimate goal of helping her clients make the best decisions.

With her years of experience, Denise has honed her skills in negotiating, innovative marketing, and has established a strong network of resources and referrals across the nation. Outside of her business, Denise enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, playing with her two Labrador Retrievers and her latest obsession: pickleball. Denise loves being able to enjoy all seasons in the outdoors.
