Crownwood Club was born from the vision of professional golfer Henrik Stenson, golf entrepreneur and investor Arild Karlsen, and renowned golf course architect Christian Lundin. Together, they have established a groundbreaking club set within the finest landscapes of southern Sweden, blending world-class design together with a unique golfing experience.
Opening in the Summer of 2025, Crownwood Club is a private haven where genuine warmth and hospitality meet a sense of joy and belonging. Here, tradition blends with a fresh, welcoming approach, creating an inclusive atmosphere for Members and their guests.

Crownwood Club delivers two memorable playing experiences.
The Crown provides a challenging yet rewarding experience, seamlessly combining precision from above with strategic ground play. It features wide, rolling fairways and a natural, flowing layout that blends harmoniously with the landscape.
The two nine-hole loops run North to South, with up to five teeing areas offering a versatile experience for players of all levels. Innovative sandscapes replace traditional bunkers, while large, undulating greens encourage endless imagination and creativity in the short game. Meticulously conditioned and highly accessible, the course is designed to provide a premier private golfing experience.
Henrik ‘s Playground offers a modern, inviting, and less formal golf experience, blending fun, strategy, and playability while upholding world-class conditioning. Designed as a gateway to grow the game and inspire the next generation, it provides complimentary playing opportunities for juniors and golfers with disabilities. It also serves as the perfect setting for Members to enjoy a second round, refine their skills, or spend quality time on the course with family and friends.

With 75% of the Member Fee allocated to a flexible spending levy for all purchases at Crownwood Club, Members craft a personalized experience, enjoying golf, spa, retail, dining, lodging, and exclusive events, all on their own terms.
Membership is by exclusive invitation, and Crownwood Club is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and respectful community with Members expected to uphold these standards.
Opening in Summer 2025, Crownwood Club is poised to become a premier Private Member Destination Club. This initial phase will introduce the Clubhouse, Championship Golf Course, Henrik’s Playground, and Practice Areas, setting the foundation for an exceptional Member experience.
Phase 2 is scheduled for completion in 2026, and will introduce the enhanced amenities of Halfway House, Co-Working, Leisure Facilities, and Luxury Lodges. As Crownwood continues to evolve, each phase will further enhance our commitment to world-class golf, luxury, and a seamless connection with nature.
Facilities at Crownwood Club
Crownwood Club will showcase a naturally inspired wooden Clubhouse, nestled amid scenic pine surroundings. Featuring a bespoke retail shop, bar, restaurant with open kitchen, and a private wine room, the clubhouse will serve as a vibrant hub and heart and soul of the Club. Warm fireplaces and inviting lounge areas enhance the ambiance, creating a cozy retreat where Members can unwind and connect in comfort.
Beyond the clubhouse, Members will have access to a standalone, state-of-the-art relaxation retreat. This modern sanctuary will feature a fully equipped gym and an authentic Scandinavian spa experience, complete with treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room, and invigorating plunge pools, offering the perfect escape for rejuvenation and well-being.
For those who enjoy blending work with leisure, the Club offers a unique Co-working hub. Featuring private offices, meeting rooms, and flexible workspaces, all with stunning views of the expansive practice range, it’s the perfect setting to combine productivity with inspiration.
