Crownwood Club was born from the vision of professional golfer Henrik Stenson, golf entrepreneur and investor Arild Karlsen, and renowned golf course architect Christian Lundin. Together, they have established a groundbreaking club set within the finest landscapes of southern Sweden, blending world-class design together with a unique golfing experience.
Opening in the Summer of 2025, Crownwood Club is a private haven where genuine warmth and hospitality meet a sense of joy and belonging. Here, tradition blends with a fresh, welcoming approach, creating an inclusive atmosphere for Members and their guests.

Golf at Crownwood Club
Pinehurst No. 2 meets Tara Iti – Crownwood Club provides two exciting options for unforgettable golf. We celebrate a passion for the game and are proud to deliver Scandinavia’s only true private course whilst proudly championing accessibility on our Playground course through a unique collaboration with juniors and golfers with a disability, demonstrating our dedication to diversity and providing opportunities for all.
Membership at Crownwood Club
Crownwood Club offers a single Membership for the entire family. Where individual Members choose themselves how to spend their Membership.
With 75% of the Member Fee allocated towards a Levy that can be utilized for all purchases at Crownwood Club, Members create their own bespoke Membership to enjoy all Golf, Spa, Retail, Food and Beverage, Lodging or Member Events exactly how and when they want.
Facilities at Crownwood Club
Crownwood Club will feature a private 18-hole Golf Course with naturally inspired Clubhouse, set among scenic pine surrounds. Fitted with a retail shop, bar, restaurant with open kitchen and private wine room, the Clubhouse will be a hub of activity and the heart and soul of the Club.
In addition to the private Member course, Crownwood Club is proud to offer Henrik’s Playground, a public 11-hole golf course, that through support of The Henrik Stenson Foundation will provide preferred playing opportunities for juniors and golfers with a disability in alignment with the owners’ shared values.
Beyond the Club’s golf facilities, members will enjoy a standalone, modern relaxation area including gym and a true Scandinavian Spa experience with treatment rooms, sauna, steam and plunge pools.
For those who enjoying mixing work with pleasure, the Club will offer a unique co-working hub, featuring offices, meeting rooms and flexible co-working space overlooking an expansive practice range and dedicated short-game areas.
A Halfway House featuring stone oven pizza, signature hospitality dishes amidst a comfortable lounge area and fireplace will provide additional dining options for those after something more casual.
The facilities at Crownwood Club will be complemented by Scandinavian lodges close to the Clubhouse providing a home away from home for the exclusive use of Members and their guests.
