Golf Membership

The Golf Membership is a Family Membership. This membership is subject to the Club Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Membership Plan.

The membership details are as follows:

• Non-Refundable Initiation Fee → $30,000
• 2024 Annual Operating Dues → $12,698
• 2024 Annual Capital Dues → $2,400 – $200/mo.
• Unlimited use of the Golf & Clubhouse Facilities
• 14-Day Advance Tee Times via ForeTees
• First priority for Club events, lockers, and bag storage
• Annual Food & Beverage Minimum, includes alcohol → $750 per calendar year

Sport Golf Membership

The Sport Golf Membership is a Family Membership. This membership is subject to the Club Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Membership Plan.

The membership details are as follows:

• Non-Refundable Initiation Fee → $15,000
• 2024 Annual Operating Dues → $8,254
• 2024 Annual Capital Dues → $1,560 – $130/mo.
• May through December → Unlimited use of Golf Facilities
• January through April → Golf Facilities limited to Four (4) times per month, per member
• 7-Day Advance Tee Times via ForeTees
• Annual Food & Beverage Minimum, includes alcohol → $750 per calendar year
• Unlimited use of Clubhouse Facilities

Social Membership

The Social Membership is a Family Membership. This membership is subject to the Club Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Membership Plan.

The membership details are as follows:

• Non-Refundable Initiation Fee → $5,000
• 2024 Annual Operating Dues → $1,940
• 2024 Annual Capital Dues → $540 – $45/mo.
• Use of Golf Facilities One (1) time per month, per member. Use of Practice Facilities limited to Day of Play
• 3-Day Advance Tee Times via ForeTees
• Annual Food & Beverage Minimum, includes alcohol → $750 per calendar year
• Unlimited use of Clubhouse Facilities

Introductory Snowbird Golf Membership

This Introductory Snowbird membership is a family membership. It is subject to the Club Bylaws, Rules & Regulations and Membership Plan. The details of this membership are as follows:

• • May be engaged 1 time.
  • Time Frame – One (1) month minimum to a maximum of six (6) months in a rolling
    12-month period since the membership inception.
  • Application fee – $2,500 (non-refundable)
  • Dues – $1,800 monthly plus tax.
  • Golf – Same privileges as a golf member with a cart fee per round.
  • No championships are allowed.

May convert to Equity Golf prior to the end of the membership trial or earlier, by paying the amount of the Initiation Fee at the time of Introductory Membership less $2,500 application fee. Subject to approval for membership by the Club.

Intermediate Membership

The Intermediate Membership is a Family Membership. This membership is subject to the Club Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Membership Plan.

The membership details are as follows:

• Dues:
  • Age 39 or under pay 65% of the current Golf Membership dues
  • Ages 40 – 49 pay 75% of the current Golf Membership dues
• Dues continue at reduced rate until age 50
• Food & Beverage Minimum – NONE
• Golf – Same as Golf Membership
• Tournament restrictions – NONE
• Voting privileges – NONE until converted to Golf Member. May serve on committees
• Assessments
  • Both Operating and Capital
  • Age 39 and under – 65% of Golf Member
  • Age 40 and over – 75% of Golf Member

Initiation fee payments of $1,000 per year with the balance of the initiation fee to be paid at the end of the 8th year or at the time the Intermediate Member reaches age 50, whichever occurs first. Initiation fee at time of conversion to Golf Membership is the then required amount or the amount at time initially joined, whichever is less. At any time prior to conversion to a Golf Member, if the Intermediate Member resigns or is expelled for cause, all initiation fee payments made are forfeited to the Club.

Non-Resident Amenities Package

Crown Colony is offering an Amenities Package for our non-resident members. This package is subject to the HOA Rules and Regulations.

The Amenities package details include:

• Annual Dues → $1,000
• Use of the Fitness Center
• Use of the Pool
• Use of Tennis Courts
