Copperleaf’s many shimmering lakes and abundant natural preserves provide spectacular accents to the Audubon-certified 18-hole championship golf course that winds through the community. Neighborhoods overlook the emerald fairways, picturesque greens and vibrant lakes of the golf course.
Copperleaf is a premier bundled golf community of 416 single family homes and 154 carriage homes of distinction. One and two story homes feature architectural designs that capture Southwest Florida’s fabulous outdoors. Bundled golf provides Copperleaf home owners with membership in the Copperleaf Golf Club, which includes all of the Club amenities, with no golf initiation cost.
Copperleaf is located in the Brooks Community, near the Coconut Point Mall, the Bonita Community Health Center, the Miromar Outlets Mall and numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities in Estero and neighboring Fort Myers and Naples.
Along with the 17,000 square foot club house, members enjoy facilities that include tennis and bocce courts, a geothermally heated swimming pool and spa, and a 1.7 mile walking and biking loop. In addition, members also enjoy gathering at the Poolside Café and bar and working out at the Activity Center.
The Brooks Fishing Club has 135 members from all four Brooks communities with monthly meetings, an annual dinner meeting with spouses, an annual member fish fry and charter trips for fishing the Back Bay, Gulf, Atlantic Ocean and Lake Okeechobee.
Copperleaf residents have the option to join The Commons Club. The Commons Club, with several levels of membership, includes access to a private beach club located on Little Hickory Island, a health and fitness center, a spa, an enrichment center and The Rookery at the Brooks, a private waterfront restaurant.
