Established in 2010, Club Champion has grown from a regional three-studio fitting business to a trusted golf club fitting expert with locations in 140+ golf markets worldwide. Their Tour-level fittings were designed by Master Fitter and Builder Nick Sherburne, the company’s founder.
Every high-tech studio is outfitted with Trackman launch monitors for analyzing performance, the proprietary A.I. Fitter Co-Pilot, a SAM PuttLab system to find the perfect putter, and a build shop for repairing and assembling golf clubs by hand. Every location also has 65,000 hittable clubhead and shaft combinations from brands like TaylorMade, PING, Titleist, Cobra, Fujikura, Golf Pride, and many more.

Hand-Built Custom Clubs
Every custom golf club is meticulously hand-built by Master Builders in Club Champion’s Chicagoland facility. There is no assembly line and the build shop’s machines are calibrated to identically match the technology in stores for a perfect build every time.

Club Champion offers additional customizations like stamping and paint fill to create a set that’s truly unique to you. Whether you want to stamp your favorite movie quote on your wedges or color-coordinate your clubs to match your favorite sports team, they’ve got you covered.

Club Champion Fitting Process
Custom Clubs For A Better Game
Our in-depth process starts in the fitting bay and ends with you shooting lower scores. Every step along the way was designed to match custom golf clubs to your individual swing.
1. SCHEDULE YOUR FITTING
We offer eight different golf club fitting options from a single club to the entire bag. Count on about an hour to fit a single club and up to four hours for an entire bag.
You can book online, over the phone or at your nearest location.
2. PREPARE FOR YOUR CLUB FITTING
Bring the golf clubs you’d like to work on. Also, remember to bring your shoes and glove.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your fitting so you have enough time to stretch and warm up.
3. MEET YOUR CERTIFIED CLUB FITTER
After introductions, you’ll fill out a player profile so your fitter has a thorough understanding of your playing history and goals. Next, they’ll explain what to expect from your custom club fitting. Then it’s time to take your game to the next level.
4. ANALYZE YOUR SWING AND PUTTING
Using technology that set the industry standards for swing and putting stroke analysis, your fitter will have you hit some balls using your current clubs. This creates a benchmark of how well they perform, which you can see for yourself on the computer.
5. CREATE AND HIT WITH YOUR IDEAL CLUBS
Armed with your swing and stroke data, you and your fitter will select from 65,000+ club combinations to create custom clubs that will maximize the effects of your hitting motion.
6. DECIDE AND BUY
At this point, you should have all the data you need to make an informed decision.

7. LET THE HAND-BUILDING BEGIN
The components you’ve selected are painstakingly assembled by hand in our facility by master builders with years of experience. Your custom clubs will be built to the tightest tolerances so that the club specifications determined in your golf club fitting end up in your bag. Custom touches you’ve specified are also incorporated during your build.
