As a lifelong Lake of the Ozarks resident, I know this community far beyond just the real estate side of it. I understand the lifestyle, the different lake areas, the club communities, and what makes people want to put down roots here in the first place. After spending several years supporting one of the top RE/MAX teams in the area, I built my business around strong local knowledge, honest communication, and creative marketing that actually helps properties stand out. In addition to being a REALTOR® with the Fran Campbell Team at RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks, I also serve as Membership Director at The Club at Porto Cima, giving me firsthand experience with the golf, luxury, and private club lifestyle that many buyers are searching for at the Lake. I recently completed specialized RE/MAX Golf Lifestyles training to further strengthen my knowledge of golf course communities and lifestyle-focused real estate. Between real estate, club membership, and hosting my Lake Life Lowdown podcast, I stay heavily connected to what’s happening around the Lake and the people who make this area such a special place to live. I believe selling real estate takes more than just putting a sign in the yard. From professional marketing and video to social media and local networking, I work hard to make sure every property gets the attention it deserves and every client feels informed throughout the process. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out on the water with my two dogs, Hank and Harriet, supporting local businesses, or covering Lake events and developments through the podcast.
