Hi, I’m Carrie. My real estate journey began in 1996 when, as a freshman at the University of Florida, my dad—a contractor on a development project—encouraged me to get my license. That early start set me on a lifelong path in the industry. Although I initially explored life in Orlando and Atlanta, fate led me back home, where I met my husband, Matt. Over the last 20 years, Matt and I have built a life together with our three amazing children and our precious dog, Luna. Since 2001, I’ve had the honor of serving my community’s real estate needs. After graduating from the Florida Real Estate Institute and earning my license, I furthered my education at the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Public Relations. I’ve built on that foundation by becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker and earning designations such as GRI and CCIM, along with a Building Contractor License—credentials that give me exceptional insight into today’s market. Today, I lead Engel & Völkers shops in both Gainesville and Tallahassee as well as the Cason Iconic Group, a team known for personalized service and innovative marketing. Throughout my career, I’ve handled a wide range of transactions—from residential homes to corporate relocations—but my true passion lies in high-end luxury, unique, and equestrian properties. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and targeted strategies, my teams and I ensure every property is showcased at its best,earning referrals and repeat business through strong relationships and expert negotiation. My faith and relationships are at the core of all I do, and I’m blessed to combine my passion for real estate with a commitment to serving others.
