About Brian

As the Owner of Oliver Properties & Real Estate, my mission is to ensure you have the best real estate experience possible; one that is seamless, enjoyable, and successful. I founded my firm in 2021 after working first, for a national firm and then a local boutique firm specializing in new construction.

I am a native of WNC, I grew up in Brevard and now enjoy living in the heart of downtown Hendersonville. I am also a PGA of America Life Member. You can trust me to be honest, professional, and dedicated to your real estate journey. I am a member of Hendersonville Country Club. I know the golf and real estate market in WNC. I have the experience and knowledge to successfully list and market your home or help you find your next dream home, vacation home, or investment property.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing golfing, hiking, traveling, renovating properties, and having dinner at a local restaurant or brewery. I proudly support our Veterans through PGA Hope (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere). I am a PGA HOPE National Trainer and PGA HOPE Asheville Lead Instructor. PGA HOPE uses golf as a form of outdoor recreational therapy. Most importantly, I enjoy spending time with my wife, daughter, and our Jack Russel.
