About Kailan

Kailan was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he was exposed to many sports at a young age including golf through a chip and putt camp at Brown Deer Golf Course in Milwaukee, WI. His love for football and basketball won his heart however, as he was awarded an athletic scholarship in basketball and football; ultimately played college football. Golf however never left his life as he continued to play throughout his young adult life!

After his collegiate athletic playing career ended and graduating with a degree in sports management, he entered into the world of sports to become a high school Director of Athletics, a role spending almost a decade where he had the opportunity to coach various sports including golf! He transitioned into real estate industry in the summer of 2019 after completing successful 3-year $4.5 million capital campaign for a new gymnasium. Later that year he and his family moved to the Carolinas where he began to infuse his growing love of golf and newfound career in real estate. After playing many courses and making meaningful connections, he started specializing in golf communities.

Kailan’s immense experience and knowledge of golf courses, club amenities and membership offer, as well as real estate experience is truly rewarding to offer to his clients, to ensure they make the best intentional decision in choosing a golf club and residence in North Carolina.
