About Joe

Joe is a seasoned real estate, construction management and sales/marketing professional utilizing highly developed interpersonal and situational awareness skills to solve problems of all sorts. Joe is an avid golfer and US Coast Guard licensed captain and now living his best possible life; enjoying all that the Lowcountry has to offer for an active outdoor lifestyle while assisting others in identifying, prioritizing and achieving those same goals. Joe was a South Carolina resident and regular visitor to the Lowcountry and it’s golf environs, from Hilton Head to Charleston, for over 30 years until he relocated to Callawassie Island after identifying the best community fit for him with the first priority of golf facilities balanced by the wide range of interests available to him at Callawassie and numerous other similar communities in the area. Joe works closely with his wife, Grace, a 20-year success story as a real estate Broker Associate, a perennial Top Producer and Designated Luxury Specialist as the Coastal Carolina Fines Homes Team. Together with Grace, he especially enjoys visits to the area by all seven children and the growing roster of grandchildren they share between them while working with her to understand the objectives and set the stage to match for life’s next chapter with buyers and sellers from all around the country.
