How long have you been selling real estate in South Carolina?

I have licensed for over 6 years and have purchasing and selling personally before being licensed for over 15 years.

Do you believe that for real estate agents to be successful in golf sales they need to play the game regularly?

I don’t believe it an absolute necessary to play regularly yet I believe it is provides an advantage over someone who doesn’t play or know the game well.

What is one thing that you feel is important for any real estate agent to know when working with a golf centric buyer?

Listening to their needs then assisting them in understanding the area / area’s they are considering. In other words, provide excellent client services and build a relationship with the client / clients above anything else. This always produces long lasting relationships!

How have you used your “Golf Certification” logo and branding to your advantage in 2021?

I have not to date.

How is inventory and pricing levels in your market? Do you sense any changes coming?

It is very low and still a strong sellers market. It has slowed down some during the last few months due to seasonality yet 2022 is looking to be as good if not better than 2021.
